ClaimRev is priced at $35–$50 per rendering provider per month, depending on your volume. There is a one-time, non-refundable $50 enrollment fee to get started. After that, there are no additional setup fees and no long-term contracts — just a simple monthly rate based on your active providers.
How does per-provider pricing work?
You only pay for active rendering providers — the providers who are actually submitting claims in a given month. If a provider goes on leave or is inactive, you are not charged for them. This keeps your costs directly tied to actual usage.

What happens if I want to cancel?
Submit a written cancellation request and your account access ends on your termination date. ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advices) must be transferred or downloaded prior to that date. If you need continued access to receive ERAs after termination, you may continue at the full monthly rate. Data is securely purged per HIPAA-compliant retention policies once your account is closed.
